• Pre event centralised file collection We use  cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Drive, Sharepoint, Dropbox)  to collect and organize presentations and content

• Flexible Integration: Our technical solution supports various file formats (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, PDF, Prezi, Canva, video files in any format, etc.) and online interactive tools (Slido, Mentimeter, Kahoot, etc)

• Real time back-up: We always have backup equipment in place

• Speaker Support: Providing tools and systems to ensure speakers can focus on delivering content without technical distractions (long range clicker, comfort monitor, monitors with notes, timer, autocue, IFB, etc)

• Hi-end video switchers: For smooth transition between the presentation and video sources we use Barco, Constellation, Atem, Analog Way, Roland, TvOne and Pixelhue processors.

• Video playback: We can play any type of video using Apple computers with Qlab/Millumin or Windows Xeon servers with Watchout or Resolume.

• Display systems: LED wall, video projection, LCD monitors

• Speaker ready room: A dedicated space where speakers can review and rehearse their presentations, equipped with the same software and hardware as the main stage and trained technicians to assist with last-minute changes.

• Show Caller: A critical role responsible for coordinating all technical and performance elements to ensure that the event runs smoothly and as planned.
